About Me

What I Do

I'm currently working at GerritForge, where I split my time between operating essentially as a very hands-on forward deployed engineer as well other parts of the business, especially partnerships and marketing. I spend most of my days working directly with large engineering organizations, helping them scale their tools and infrastructure.

I really enjoy the "human" side of software. I love untangling complex problems and bringing people from all parts of the business together to find solutions that work for everyone. Whether it's fixing a tricky technical issue or helping a department agree on a shared roadmap, I'm happiest when I'm helping people move forward.

Outside of Work

I used to play baseball at an international level for Team GB 🇬🇧. These days, I'm big on cycling and general fitness, though I'm slowly accepting the fact that I'm getting older and picking up golf. I also have a serious appreciation for good food.
